Striped Multiple Color Kilim Pillow Cover 16x16 7987

I ordered two 16” x 16” pillow covers; they are very attractive. One was in good condition, the other one has a seam that split and is falling apart. (I used 18” x 18” inserts, purchased separately from another source, which worked well). I have made three attempts to contact the store (at their email address which was returned for bad address, on their website contact form, and at the different email address provided on my PayPal receipt) without success. I would like a replacement or a refund of the defective kilim pillow cover, but instead it appears that I wasted my money at the Kilim Pillow Store.
